Stay updated with the latest news and events in post primary education at Clare Education Centre. Our centre, based in Sligo, offers a wide range of services and workshops/seminars to support teachers and other educational professionals in their work.

As we approach the end of the year, we would like to thank all our members for their continued support. Your membership enables us to provide highly beneficial workshops, seminars, and other professional development opportunities to educators in the region.

In October 2019, we had the pleasure of hosting our annual Post Primary Education Day. This event was a great success, with over 300 attendees. The day featured workshops and presentations from experts in the field, covering topics such as classroom management, assessment strategies, and use of technology in education.

In January 2020, we are pleased to announce that Ciarán Murray, a renowned facilitation advisor, will be conducting a workshop on effective communication skills in the workplace. This workshop will take place at the Shannon Hotel and Leisure Centre, and we encourage all members to attend.

Tusla, the Child and Family Agency, will be presenting a free workshop on “Creating Safe Environments for Children” in Spring 2022. Full details of the workshop, including the date, time, and location, will be made available to members in due course.
